Clear Terms. Better Partnerships.
These Terms & Conditions explain the general terms that apply when you use our website, enquire about our services or engage VBoostItServices for a project.
01 Acceptance of Terms
By using the VBoostItServices website, contacting us about our services, approving a quotation or engaging us for a project, you agree to these Terms & Conditions to the extent applicable to that interaction.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or proceed with a service engagement.
02 Our Services
VBoostItServices provides digital services based on the requirements agreed with each client. Depending on the project, services may include:
03 Project Scope
Each project should be based on a mutually understood scope covering the services, deliverables and requirements agreed between VBoostItServices and the client.
Requests that fall outside the original scope may require additional discussion, pricing, time or a separate agreement before work begins.
04 Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide accurate and timely information reasonably required to complete a project.
- Provide required text, images, logos, product information and other assets.
- Provide accurate business and contact information.
- Provide access credentials or technical access where required and appropriate.
- Review work and provide feedback within a reasonable timeframe.
- Confirm that materials supplied by the client may legally be used for the project.
Delays in receiving required information, approvals or access may affect the project timeline.
05 Pricing & Payments
Project pricing is based on the scope, requirements and deliverables agreed for the relevant project.
Payment schedules, deposits, milestones, recurring fees or other commercial terms may be specified separately in a quotation, invoice or project agreement.
Work may depend on the agreed payment schedule. If a required payment or approval is delayed, VBoostItServices may pause the relevant work until the project can reasonably continue.
06 Revisions & Approvals
Revisions depend on the scope agreed for the individual project. The number and nature of included revisions may therefore differ from project to project.
Once a design, page, creative asset or other deliverable has been approved, later changes may be treated as additional work if they fall outside the agreed scope.
07 Project Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines are based on the agreed scope, availability of required information, feedback, approvals, technical access and third-party dependencies.
A timeline may change when project requirements change or when information, approvals or third-party services are delayed.
08 Third-Party Services
Some projects may depend on third-party platforms, software, hosting providers, domain registrars, plugins, APIs, advertising platforms, payment providers or other external services.
Third-party services are generally subject to their own terms, pricing, availability and policies. VBoostItServices cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or permanent functionality of a third-party platform.
09 Intellectual Property
Ownership and usage rights for project deliverables depend on the agreed commercial arrangement and applicable project agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed, third-party assets, software, plugins, fonts, stock media, themes, libraries and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licences and terms.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that materials they provide to VBoostItServices do not infringe the rights of another person or organisation.
10 Cancellation & Project Closure
Either party may discuss ending a project when circumstances make continuation impractical.
Where work has already been completed, committed costs have been incurred, or third-party services have been purchased, the financial consequences may depend on the relevant quotation, invoice, project agreement and applicable law.
On project closure, outstanding payments and agreed deliverables should be settled before final handover where applicable.
11 Limitation of Liability
VBoostItServices aims to provide professional and carefully developed digital solutions. However, digital services can depend on hosting providers, internet services, third-party software, advertising platforms, search engines and other factors outside our direct control.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, VBoostItServices will not be responsible for indirect losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
12 Changes to These Terms
VBoostItServices may update these Terms & Conditions when its services, website, business practices or applicable requirements change.
The latest version published on this page will show the relevant update date.
